📦 Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

📝 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Item must include all accessories (if applicable)

Items that are damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, TechPlus will cover return shipping.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

💰 Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing time: 3–5 business days after approval.
