When Refunds Are Offered:

  • If an item arrives damaged (Dead on Arrival) and we can’t repair or replace it with an equivalent or better product, we will issue a refund.

When Refunds Are NOT Offered:

  • If the item is not compatible with your system or you cannot operate/assemble it. Please check compatibility before purchasing.
  • If the item has been used.
  • If the item is not what you expected or imagined.
  • If you only want a refund for the original shipping cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Return Conditions:

The product must be returned with all accessories, original packaging, and boxes to qualify for a refund.

All returned items must be assessed by us before a refund is issued.

Refunds are processed at the end of each week.

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank or credit card statement. Processing times vary by bank.
  • If you’ve checked and still haven’t received it, please contact us via the Order History in your Account dashboard.
